After 10+ years shipping data science solutions for federal clients, I now co-lead a GenAI incubator where we pair domain experts with AI developers to ship prototypes in weeks. Started in medical devices and global health, pivoted to data science, now building AI tools and the teams behind them. Being nominated for mentor of the year in 2024 has meant more to me than any technical win.
